RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Basic Refund Policy

  • There are 4 types of items PetSquares sells, and all 3 have slightly different Refund Policies:
    • Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
    • Pet Outfits: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return shirts unless they are defective. For size exchanges please read below.
    • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 
    • Tanks: Returns are accepted if product is not as described. However, because we cover all shipping cost to get the item to the customer, any returned items has to be paid by the buyer. No exceptions.

How do I exchange a pet outfit for a different size?

  • If your pets outfit doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). Send your unworn and unwashed items to:

  • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.  
  • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
    • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at support@purplecultures.com. 

What do I do if I received the item or pet's outfit size or my pets outfit is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at sales@petsquares.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

  • Our shipping for the most part is free. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • We currently do  offer international shipping, shipping prices depends on items purchased and weight of package. 

How do I track my package?

  • Your order will come with a tracking number, which you can click and it will open the tracking page. We're only using USPS for shipping to USA, so you can track by going to the USPS website. 
  • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at sales@petsquares.com 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered. Typically, most of our products take 10-15 business days to arrive, sometimes more depending where the product is being manufactured. 
  • Manufactured items such as Reptile Tanks and Fish Tanks take 19-39 days for shipping. Please consider this when ordering any tanks.
  • Most items that are manufactured in the US, take about 7 business days to arrive.

    What is the sizing on your pet apparel?

    • Most pet apparel have a size chart in every description.

    Where do your other items come from?

    • PetSquares is all about bringing you many selections and choices when it comes to your pets, that you normally won't find at your typical pet supplies location. So as a result, we source items from all over the world. While some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
